Better Health West Virginia is a coalition committed to advancing safe, sensible cannabis reform across the Mountain State.

Our mission is simple: To pass positive cannabis legislation in West Virginia for the first time since 2017.

 

To achieve this, we’ve outlined a four-point plan:

Engage and Educate Lawmakers

Provide accurate, evidence-based information about the benefits of responsible adult-use legislation.​

Fund Awareness Campaigns

Raise funds for polling, billboards, and broadcast media to ensure West Virginians have access to the facts.

Unite Industry Leaders

Collaborate with cannabis operators statewide. Harvest Care Medical, Greenlight, and New Wave are among the first to join this initiative.

Build a Statewide Coalition

Identify and connect with key stakeholders, advocacy groups, and community voices who share our vision for a healthier, more equitable West Virginia.
